Florida is facing an uphill battle when it comes to its future economic recovery from the negative economic effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. Abbey Omodunbi, an economist for Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group (NYSE: PNC), told Orlando Business Journal the state's recovery will be "uneven" through the rest of the year and 2021. "The leisure and hospitality industry bore the brunt of the job losses and it would take a couple of years for the economy to return back to pre-pandemic levels."…
